"Performance" means you're really using the PC and its files or games. It's not about fake tests. Anyway, with this new setup, that idea is still true—you need to do a clean OS install.
I don't have any trouble playing games or apps on my computer since it's already set to the best settings. My PC runs them fine, and I only run them while it's on to check how fast they go. It's just something I like doing for fun. Have a nice afternoon!
