Hey everyone, I just installed a PC build with an i7 13700k, RTX 4070 Ti, 32GB RAM, a Zalman Reserver5 Z24 cooler, a P5 Plus SSD, and a toughpower GF1 850 PSU. I’m wondering if there’s a noise coming from the CPU cooler or the CPU itself. I checked for loose cables against the fans, but they weren’t touching anything. What could be making that sound? Thanks for understanding—I only had a 20MB file to share. MOV_0501.mp4

It seems the air circulation in your AIO might be normal, but there could be an issue with the pump. Alternatively, a fan bearing could be the problem, though it’s more likely near the CPU cooler.

It might be just pump noise. Try shifting the PC while it's running to eliminate any trapped air bubbles.
