I assembled this PC five days ago - whenever my CPU (ryzen 5 7600x) gets hot to around 70 degrees, my system produces this sound. My AIO is installed at the top of my case. I turned off the GPU fans to check if that was the cause, but the noise persisted. If anyone knows what's going on or how to resolve it, please let me know!

The full specifications for all installed parts are available. Does your power supply include a hybrid or adaptive fan feature that adjusts operation based on load and temperature?

It seems like coil whine might be present. Could you tell me which program was running in the video?

I just played cyber punk and noticed the issue only appeared when CPU/GPU usage was high. I considered coil whine from a Google search but wasn’t sure what it meant or how to resolve it.

Coil whine generally originates from the GPU or occasionally the power supply. Trying a program that heavily uses the GPU, such as Furmark or MSI Kombustor, might help identify if the issue is there. You could also listen closely to pinpoint the exact location of the sound. Unfortunately, fixing coil whine usually isn't possible beyond using measures like an FPS cap or vsync to lower in-game system demands.

I really invested $650 in improving my graphics card, but it ended up being very noisy. Thanks for the tip! Also, do you know if there are any cards that don’t have this problem when things get intense?

Attempted to reach XFX, but uncertain about warranty support. Coil whine can vary significantly—sometimes you get five identical GPUs and three remain quiet while two are noisy. This issue tends to occur more often with higher power usage cards.
