I've been experiencing issues while playing Fortnite, Apex, and similar games. The anti-cheat system reports a lighting error. With a 1280x1024 monitor and an 1070ti graphics card, there might be some connection to that.

That's the anti-cheat activation. Stop cheating.
LightingService.exe is included in Asus Aura sync software.
It's recognized to create problems with anti-cheat systems.
Close or uninstall any Aurasync, and you should be able to play.
