I don't understand if you saw the text below, but when I try to uninstall it, the installer says it's removed, yet it remains.

Typically, it's only the icon that appears. Attempt to reinstall it again and Windows should display an option indicating it wasn't found, prompting you to confirm whether you wish to remove the item from the menu.
