The warranty is determined by the manufacturer.
At this time, it seems no GPU maker offers a transferable warranty.
Only the original buyer is covered.

I need to be clear, I’m just trying to sell this PC in a few years, maybe four. By then its value could drop to about 1k, but it’ll depend on its condition and the market situation.

I'm currently in grade 11 and have earned a good amount from selling parts, but I think I'll sell my PC or give it to a family member once I start university.

When selling online, you ship to a buyer you never meet but offer a payment method more advantageous to you than Paypal.
In person, you encounter the buyer at midnight in an alley.
