What is the reason for selling it?
You're offering 60-75% of the cost for the parts.
Is this a legitimate retail Win 11 OS license?

Yes, it is a legitimate Windows 11 pro license. I'm trying to assess my PC's value but realized computers depreciate quickly. The components are worth 2200 CAD, while I paid about 1650 CAD, so should I apply a 75% discount to the purchase price or the component cost?

Used items, no guarantee for most of them.
If you paid 1650, then others can too.

The actual outcome depends on numerous factors:
Your drive to sell, your openness to negotiation. For instance, asking 2000 might lead them to lower the offer to 1800 instead of sticking to 1800.
Your reputation with potential clients.
Your capacity to demonstrate the retail price of components.
Whether you can confirm it was assembled yesterday.
Warranty or return rights.
The local market situation.
Keep adding more justifications as needed.

worth only makes sense when someone provides you with cash.
If your computer remains in use, its value matches the cost of its components.
If you decide to sell it, you need to persuade them.

It was 1650 but none of the items were used or old; they were all brand new. I purchased them from stores that provide discounts like New Egg, Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, etc. I kept looking for deals around the clock and ended up saving a significant amount of money.

I bought it brand new, but if I were to purchase it from you, I wouldn't have any guarantee on the GPU or other components.

It's intriguing, but I'm a well-known seller on the Facebook market with many positive reviews. I've sold more than 10 PC accessories there, and I do accept returns. For example, once I sold a faulty mobo by accident and accepted the customer's return immediately, I gave them their full money back.

The original packaging and documents would likely maintain the warranty status for the components.
