I have already removed it via the "add or remove programs" option and cleared all remaining files I could locate. It’s not a critical issue, just somewhat bothersome each time I launch my PC. Thank you ahead of time.

attempted to run malwarebytes or hitmanpro to verify it's safe
performed a chkdsk check on the drives to ensure they are functioning properly

Navigate to the Task Manager/Startup area.
Find anything connected to FRAPS and turn it off.
