What is the process of taking apart a gaming chair?
I'm having trouble getting the cylinder out from the base of my Anda Seat Gaming Chair. I've tried all the usual advice online and on YouTube, including using WD-40 on the connecting edges, but it hasn't worked. Could someone share any extra tips? Thank you very much!
I usually relied on a rubber mallet to finish after flipping the chair. Most gas cylinders fit easily into a slightly tapered opening in the chair's legs. Perhaps next time you could add a small amount of lubricant to that opening when putting it together.
I believe the two main reasons a cylinder is difficult to remove are the unevenness of the hole and the force applied by the user. In severe situations, a wooden block to shield the cylinder and a steel mallet might be required.
