I capture audio from my desktop and am attempting to set up a calm atmosphere during recording. I've used both SpeedFan and Fan Control apps, but they only manage the CPU. I think this is because the other three standard case fans lack any sensors or features to adjust them. One is directly connected to the motherboard, while the other two are linked together on one port using an adapter (because of space). Can I modify the three case fans so I can also control their speed and noise during recording?

Yes, the device should let you manage them through the software. The knobs are there for reference, but manual adjustments aren't possible in real-time due to location factors. Control will come from the app.

That one is strictly manual, there are other that you can set temperatures at which to adjust speeds. Have you tried control SW that came from motherboard's manufacturer ? They usually work best. Lowering fan speeds too much while under load can be counterproductive and cause overheating and stuttering or even shutdown in most inopportune moments.
