And because the main purpose is CAD, it usually indicates a powerful graphics card. It's not suitable for SFF.

There are some half-height models that could fit, but the selection is narrow, especially compared to CPU cooler options. Edit - if you're not in a hurry, there are whispers about a socketable strix halo. An APU of that kind might be sufficient. 'Of course, these are just rumors right now.'
