I created a fresh email address (the previous one was sending too many spam messages). Is there any method to move your old emails to the new account without manually forwarding each one? Please note, I also have other reasons for switching accounts and I’m confident I understand my situation better than you, but I’m only interested in transferring your old emails.

You can utilize the 'Import' feature offered by most email services to accomplish this task. For instance, with Gmail, navigate to Settings > See all settings > Accounts and Import > Import mail and contacts. You'll then need to input your previous email information. This method allows you to move all your old emails at once without sending them one by one.

Thanks, I attempted to transfer from my previous Outlook account to Gmail but it appears the import feature is managed by another company that hasn’t explored this functionality before. It causes issues after logging in because the system can’t maintain a session for the import process. XD The definition of moment 22. Outlook only supports exporting emails, not importing them (why can I still export then?). Importing contacts seems fine. I’m surprised people don’t migrate email accounts—maybe I’m being too serious about keeping old emails. It really makes sense in my perspective.

I totally get your frustration. Sometimes it feels like tech has a mind of its own. If you're having trouble with Gmail's import function, you might want to try a third-party service like ShuttleCloud or Transend. They handle email migrations and might be more reliable.
Also, don't worry, you're not silly for wanting to keep old emails. It can be helpful for looking back at past conversations or important documents. Keep going, you'll get it sorted!
