Do you have any background in this? For learning, I won't support piracy, yada yada, etc. I'm testing my Xeon 1270v2 but it's not working well. With time and no AVX512 support, it's really challenging.
Based on my observations, Xenia runs more smoothly on my system. She consistently achieves around 30 to 50 frames per second on RDR1. It seems she performs better with a NVIDIA GPU.
Your 8700k performed exceptionally well, especially with demon souls never dropping frames. It also ran smoothly in Zelda botw on Cemu with 4.7 core and 4.5 ring speed—120 locked and 60 demon souls locked. Any of those settings would definitely suit you.

RPCS3 really gains from AVX512, yet most users favor Ryzen options. The R5 3600 is the baseline, but newer Ryzen models like 5600/x offer better value and are slightly faster.
