I recently assembled my initial setup and am curious about its limits with the available cooling. Also, considering a 200mm intake and two 140mm exhausts in a complete airflow configuration—does that impact performance?

It's a mid-range CPU fan but sufficient for a 7700k normal overclock, likely I'd choose the 4.7-4.8GHz models.

A realistic number might be close to 4.5Mhz / 4.7Mhz, which means you'll need a better cooler (not the standard one) or an AIO system to manage the temperatures and allow safe CPU overclocking.
