what is the maximum height you can reach while maintaining stability? your setup includes a ryan 5 2600 at 3.8g with six cores and twelve threads, 16gb ram from kingston, a hyperx fury black c165 at 2666mhz, an asus prime b450k, gigabyte windforce gtx 970, a coolermaster lite 600w, an ssd kingstone fury 120gb, and three seagate barracuda 1tb drives.

You can safely operate at 3000MHz or slightly lower, but you might need to compromise on stability if you go higher.

Your reach is determined by the memory IC and its performance, you can consult Thaiphoon Burner or proceed directly to overclocking to discover the limits, usually DDR4 RAM can reach 3000mhz CL15/CL16 at 1.35V, though with your second-gen Ryzen you're likely capped around 3200 or 3466, which isn't the RAM's fault.
