Hey, hope everyone is okay.
I’m considering building a tool for upscaling images. I’m interested in understanding how these image upscalers function. Right now I use ImgUpscaler.com and would like to develop something with more features, like scaling up to 8x, 16x, etc.
These tools are becoming popular in professional software such as Photoshop and Lightroom. I’m wondering about the costs involved in creating a similar product. As someone without a development background, I just want to grasp the idea better.
