Colif: I read 65-70 is safe, 80 is too high It mostly agrees with this - Whenever I play games like rise of tomb raider, cod advanced warfare the temp is about 75-80C without me performing any oc-ing. Is it normal for amd cards or my card is being too heated. I haven't done anything to clocks or fan speeds

Based on the GPU's cooling method and the fan speed settings, blower-style coolers usually handle higher temperatures, whereas open-air coolers tend to perform better, though this also depends on the case size. Are you getting consistent temperatures without the side panel? If not, consider checking airflow guides or upgrading your case.
