I didn't mean "high" as an actual game setting. It can run up to ultra or max most times, but I thought it was important to clarify there are limits. I suppose that is an important point to make too. But that your 980 can't max out every game (I am guessing that you have at least an i5) is really concerning. I am not sure what certain game developers is doing or better yet not doing to make this happen ..
