I check the FOV options whenever I start new games. In Skyrim I have to adjust it using console commands, which is why I remember those numbers. Remember, most consoles stick to around 65 for standard settings and 90 for many PC titles like CS:GO. On my own, consoles usually handle FOV well without much trouble. For Skyrim, I first played at 90, then upgraded to 100 and 110, but now I’m aiming back to 100. I currently play Minecraft on 100 as well.

I mostly hit 90 in other games, but in Battlefield I tend to go for 120.

I usually push the field of view high, but sometimes it’s limited to around 45 degrees in certain games—like Metro. It’s frustrating because you have to constantly adapt. Don’t forget Grand Theft Auto either!

I always choose the highest possible level in any game I play, which gives me an edge.

I consider a field of view of 90 degrees to be the most suitable for me.

The maximum value? I assume you're referring to the view when using several monitors together, as that's what FOV 180 Skyrim displays.

It's larger than 90 and it turns out quite intimidating for handling.
