What is the best settings for the 3600 ryzen 5 CPU?

the pc runs with stock bios for the cpu, causing temps to fluctuate between 25 and 40 randomly. cpu-z shows 1.45v core voltage even when idle, which is unusual. with manual settings, the cpu stays under 28°C and reports 1.232v core voltage—this seems normal. for optimal performance, stick to manual settings and avoid auto mode unless necessary.

Did you configure these settings? To activate the power plan, adjust the BIOS under "CPU Features" or "AMD_CBS". Set Global C-state Control to Enabled, Power Supply Idle Control to Low Current Idle, and CPPC to Enabled. Also, enable CPPC Preferred Cores. Turn off PBO to allow Precision Boost 2.0 for clock management. This ensures only temperature and FIT influence clock speeds.
