Witcher 3 is arguably the top title I've ever enjoyed, boasting more than 100 hours of gameplay. It's a great idea to run through the first two chapters and then save your progress.

Popular titles span multiple genres: Mass Effect, Red Dead Redemption 2, BioShock, Mafia, and Max Payne. There are many quality games available.

The classic STALKER lineup, Fallout (three top picks this year, new Vegas, Fallout 4 remains solid), Wasteland 2 offers some enjoyment, Metro series are entertaining, Bioshock is decent, Tomb Raider collection is great, Penumbra series fits the theme, and SOMA was made by the same studio.
