I performed some video editing and observed package node 0 in hwmonitor showing a maximum of 92°C, while the CPU was at 64°C. What does this mean and is 92°C considered high? Your system specs are: 3600 MHz CPU, MSI B350M RAM, 16GB, 3200 LPX.

I understand, it does seem unusual. Unless we find a clearer explanation, I’ll assume you’re correct—there doesn’t appear to be any throttling involved; the changes proceeded normally.
