I checked my motherboard's BIOS and discovered a button labeled gameboost. It’s currently off by default. I was interested in turning it on but hesitated, worried about damaging something, so I left it off. Could you explain what this feature does? I understand it can boost framerate, but are there other benefits? And finally, should I enable it? Thanks ahead of time!

It auto ocs. I'd recommend doing it manually if you prefer. You can find a review about it and it was showing errors in prime (indicating an unstable oc) when activated on another motherboard. None of the auto oc options on any motherboard perform well.
