From the moment I started using my PC, I experienced unusual freezing and stuttering, particularly when playing music or watching videos in the background. These stutters become most noticeable during initial loading into a game or when navigating across a map, though the problem persists even when playing in a closed environment. I have attempted various solutions such as:

- Shutting off background applications
- Disabling Windows Game Mode
- Turning off the game bar
- Disabling capturing
- Setting all games to performance mode
- Adjusting VRAM settings
- Experimenting with different a-xmp profiles and disabling them
- Avoiding using my second monitor
- Creating a task to clear standby memory
- Disabling dynamic ticking
- Making multiple adjustments in Radeon settings
- Enabling and disabling v-sync
- Using DirectX 12 in compatible games (helped somewhat)
- Changing game priorities
- Running games as administrator
- Altering resolution in game files
- Disabling ulps in regedit
- Resetting Windows twice
- Switching to a high-performance power plan
- Turning off high precision event timers
- Performing a memory diagnostic test (no issues found)
My system temperatures and component usage remain normal.

Details:
- Graphics card: Radeon 5700 XT
- Motherboard: B450 Tomohawk max
- CPU: Amd Ryzen 5 3600
- RAM: Crucial ballistic RGB (2x 8GB) DDR 3600
- Storage: 500 GB ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro M.2

Any feedback would be very much appreciated, as certain times games become almost unplayable.

Updated: I've attempted to exchange my RAM with friends, but it didn't succeed.
