The PC specifications are as follows: 12100F, MSI PRO H610M-B, 8x2gb 3200mhz, Thermaltake Litepower 450W, Ichill GTX 1660 super. It has been two years since I assembled this setup. The graphics card was installed seven months ago before that, there was a GT630 in the system. I've encountered this problem from the very beginning whenever I power off the machine or switch off the power supply. After the power is restored, the PC fails to start. When I press the power button repeatedly, it doesn't seem to activate at all—it appears completely inactive, with no fan noise or any lights. If I turn off the power supply again and leave it off for a short while before turning it back on, the system starts working normally. I'm still unsure what's causing this strange issue. Could it be related to the motherboard or the power supply? Also, this problem doesn't occur every time; sometimes the PC powers on after an outage but then crashes repeatedly until it restarts and works again. Occasionally, it does turn on without crashing, but that happens infrequently and usually only when I'm not playing games beforehand.

It seems you're experiencing some power supply problems. Could you tell me how old the PSU is? An article I found mentioned it was from 2009 with only a five-year warranty, which suggests it might be time to replace it. The fact that you sometimes need to turn it on and off to get it working also points to this issue.

When selecting a newer model, check the list provided. You should aim for a tier A or B unit, but definitely avoid anything lower than tier C. This can give you a better sense of quality while shopping.
