What is dual+ channel XMP?

Hello everyone, today I purchased a new machine and checked its performance. I used a 3800X with a 5700XT motherboard, 16GB DDR4 RAM at 3200MHz. XMP was enabled in the BIOS, but my Task Manager shows memory running at 3200MHz while an alert appears on userbenchmark.com. What’s going wrong with my setup? Thanks in advance, José.

Are you utilizing slots two and four on your motherboard? (starting from the left). If yes, don't stress too much about this alert.

Yes, I understand. I also verified and need to prioritize slots 2 and 4 first, which I am following. The motherboard features a small layout near the four RAM slots, indicating that I should start there. Thank you for your response!

The site suddenly ceased showing the issue. I checked the BIOS briefly but didn’t adjust any settings linked to DDR, so... I’m not sure what caused it.
