What is causing your computer to restart all by itself?
I have been getting random reboots without notice. Sometimes I get several in a row, but sometimes it takes hours or even days for one to happen. These crashes can happen when the computer is just sitting idle or while playing games. The temperatures are fine; nothing hotter than 40c on the CPU or GPU, and about 60c on the cooling fans. I did a full reinstall of Windows 11 and that seemed to solve the problem for now. But it came back again recently. I only use specific software like GPU Tweak 3. XMP is turned on in my BIOS, and there is fan control there too. There was an error about event 12/11/2023 at 12:02 PM, but the crash info just said "None." The error came from my AMI Bios version 2.21.1278 released in July 2022. All the parts I bought and put together were made in July 2022, including this motherboard, CPU, RAM, hard drive, graphics card, power supply, and everything else.
Hey, please send over the specs to your computer here instead. If those numbers change later, that thread and all our advice will be useless now. Sometimes things just crash randomly because of overheating or a bad power supply. You might not know where you got the software from, what version the BIOS has, how old your charger is, or if you're using enough cooling for your processor.
