Your setup works well for most games with two MSAA. You can also try VSR to run at 1440p.

My performance isn’t great with it. Do you enjoy how the game looks when it’s running or paused? There doesn’t seem to be any noticeable difference.

They're asking about performance below 60 FPS. Honestly, the anti-aliasing effect isn't noticeable unless your frame rate falls under that number. Prioritize keeping FPS high over the visual details.
