I have two questions:
If the inrush current is 80A at 230v, is it really 80A at 230v? Does that mean it's 18,400W? If yes, could a PSU harm a wattmeter rated for 10A at 220v?
Hardware Buster's has reviews for both MWE V2 Bronze and XPG Pylon. The MWE V2 has a very high inrush current of 129A at 230v, while the Pylon is around 80A at the same voltage. He says they are similar and MWE might be slightly better. My concern is whether 129A is a cause for concern. Should I avoid using a PSU just because it has a high inrush current?

Yes, the present voltage can reach that level. However, it lasts only for a fraction of a second.
