Hello, my old Mac from around 2012 has some software issues lately. After Mojave was released, certain Apple apps started having problems. These issues are linked because they happen together with iCloud. AppleCare users have been checking my PC and sending logs to engineers. If Apple can’t fix it, will my computer still be in good shape?

Following the Mojave update it's impacting all OSX releases. I've also attempted to format my SSD and revert to Mavericks.

Check if the problem continues after logging out of iCloud.

Apple Care attempted to resolve the issue but faced challenges. A senior supervisor found it difficult to fix, leading the engineering team to take over.

If shit breaks I would rather troubleshoot it myself than waiting for big corprate to roll out an update.

I've attempted nearly everything... But the issue remains unsolved. That's why I contacted Apple support. I trust I could fix it myself if I had the chance. I've even lent a friend mine a new MacBook. I signed in using my Apple ID. It worked for a while, then things went wrong again. We replaced his HDD, logged in with the correct details, and the problem disappeared.

The issue lies with the apps.
