What happens when you hover over a mouse?
I like these apps, but none match what I need.
Mouse Tooltip Translator
Not very helpful, seems limited to YouTube/Netflix.

This site offers the closest match to my requirements, such as hover translation and voice pronunciation. However, the content is pirated and the video quality is poor.
Language Reactor
Too clunky and distracting, it forces multiple subtitles at once and can’t turn off the second one. It only works with Netflix, which doesn’t always have the content I need (for example, "The O.C." isn’t available in Turkey). Blah blah.
Potplayer:
When hovering over a word, only a selection popup appears, not a translation. It needs manual clicks and looks distracting.

What I need:
My native language is Turkish, and I’m learning English. The apps above only partially meet my needs right now. The main feature I want is popup translation on hover, with male or female voice options.

That's a nice feature. Previously, I had to study English from textbooks and dictionaries in school—the traditional method. It functioned well enough.
