You have a solid setup with a Core 2 Duo E4400, an overclocked GeForce 210, and 4 GB of DDR2 RAM. For running games smoothly at 800x600 resolution, the GeForce 210 should handle it well. If you want better performance or future-proofing, consider upgrading to a higher-end GPU like the RX 6600 or similar.

Even with high quality and reduced output, achieving 30 frames per second remains difficult unless you adjust the settings further.

Opt for higher resolution and play at 20 fps instead of 30 FPS. Let me know which titles you're interested in.

Boosting the quality will only worsen the situation, around 10-15 frames per second at 720p. This model isn’t built for gaming, even with integrated graphics; opt for something at least 250 or higher for better performance.
