I'm using an r5 1600 with 16gb 2666 RAM and a 1050ti. The preferred resolution is 1080p, though I can go lower to 900p if needed.

Most people are unsure since the benchmark videos were recorded just a few days before the game's release. Recently, Rockstar has apparently released several optimization updates, and some claim these fixes resolved the performance problems. In my opinion, the safest choice is to purchase the game tomorrow on Steam, play it for under two hours, and consider a refund if the experience isn't satisfactory.
