Keep essential files like documents, media, and critical applications. Remove non-essential items such as old backups, unused software, and personal archives to free up space.

Remove every app you don’t need right away and reinstall them on a new hard drive. Also move your personal data and any other files to another hard drive or SSD.

Remove all unused software and transfer them to a hard drive, along with personal files like photos and documents. Mainly clear the SSD, keeping only essential applications that need quick startup such as your file compressor and web browser, plus necessary drivers.

I’d eliminate big applications like office suites, Photoshop, Visual Studio, etc. Browsers and similar tools are lightweight. Perform a disk cleanup as an administrator and remove Windows backup files, which often free up significant space.
