Observation: https://youtu.be/wc_NtwO2ie8
Starting at 00:07, a MSI GE72MVR7RG Apache Pro laptop is being examined.
Windows 10 Home has been installed cleanly.
The Balanced, High-Performance, and Ultimate Performance power plans were tested.
The Nvidia control panel settings are configured for maximum performance output.
The Intel control panel settings are also set to maximum performance.
A -125mV undervolt is currently in use.

Could you clarify the query? Is there no rate limiting present in that instance? What specific detail are you trying to illustrate with the timing mark?

The segment from 00:07 to 00:16 displays temperature readings and indicates minimal GPU usage; however, lacking your specific description of the issue you’re encountering, I am unable to understand your request.

Graphics processing unit core frequency decreased from 1835 MHz to 228 MHz.
Central processing unit core frequency decreased from 3410 MHz to 802 Mhz.
Frame rates dropped to 162, now registering at 89. It’s like experiencing sand in my eyes.
Audio is also exhibiting stuttering issues.

Initial small deliveries at the beginning of the game frequently occur – I’m uncertain about the reason, yet numerous discussions have highlighted this same issue (though no video evidence has been found). The recommended high-performance setting targets a CPU speed of 3.4GHz, but it nonetheless dips to approximately 800MHz momentarily?

Uncertain about this? It seems to, specifically for my perspective… however, I wouldn’t anticipate that’s the case now that you’ve pointed it out.

Indeed, as previously stated, I’ve tested each of the three power settings. It still fails at 1:44.

Could it be a throttling problem? Possibly -125mV is an excessive under-voltage. I will test with -100.6mV.
