If your parts' return window remains active, it’s best to request a refund or file a warranty claim for both items. Using even an outdated spare hard drive to install Windows on such a powerful board makes troubleshooting nearly impossible.

You might also attempt to insert the drive directly in PCIe Gen 3 configuration to check for improvements, since it often helps. Sometimes switching to Gen 4 automatically works too.

I changed the new motherboard with my previous one (MSI B450i Gaming Plus AC) and the system isn’t posting due to the CPU. I’ve tried using both my new and old CPUs (the old one is a 2700x), but the issue persists. I’m unsure what to do next.

This seems related to an SSD problem since switching systems causes Windows crashes. Consider getting a refund or contacting support for a warranty claim.

I completed more troubleshooting and fortunately managed to share the old CPU and motherboard. I’m sure I’ll consider returning the new CPU and motherboard. Thanks a lot for your assistance and advice—your help means a lot!
