Once I adjust the settings in my BIOS, I typically power off my PC and unplug the keyboard (to prevent the American Megatrends DOS from appearing). After saving the changes, the screen turns black. However, after watching some tutorials, I notice others can boot into Windows when they save and exit. Am I doing something incorrect, or is it just a delay?

This happens because when you adjust settings in Bios and save, it automatically restarts and starts up again. If you set "fast boot" to skip steps for quicker launch, giving it a moment might help determine whether it boots correctly or not.

Model and make of your motherboard along with the BIOS version currently active. Additionally, please note your complete system specifications and the particular component you're attempting to overclock. If these configurations align correctly, you should experience a smooth boot process.
