Is there any explanation for this recurring display? It began after you installed CPU drivers from the Armory Crate months ago and doesn’t happen during normal shutdown or restart. It only shows after a Windows update. The image of the screen is from a Google search result. Does anyone know its significance or if it indicates an issue?

It's just a loading screen for a new system. If everything works, skip it.

When fastboot is enabled, that's why the BIOS screen isn't visible except under specific conditions. It shows up only when you press certain keys like F2 or ESC to enter BIOS setup, and occasionally when hardware changes occur. It might also appear if the keyboard isn't connected while you're prompted to press the F1 button during boot. Additionally, it could show after a system failure or crash detection.

It seems the issue likely relates to Armory Crate or the drivers you've installed. Begin by sharing a screenshot so we can examine the details being reported.

The screen came back today after waking the PC from sleep. It didn’t boot properly while sleeping, so I turned it off and on again. I think Armoury Crate might have affected it, but I’m not sure how to fix it.

Next time it occurs I’ll capture a picture. It repeated today, but I didn’t photograph it. There don’t seem to be any errors on the screen, at least I thought. I’m not sure how to resolve this or prevent it from happening more often now. It’s unclear what I did on Armoury Crate, but I hope it doesn’t damage my PC.
