I understand I should likely solve this by myself, but I’m feeling a bit confused. These crashes keep happening in almost every game, so I’m not sure it’s just this one. Learning what the error means might help fix the issue overall. Any assistance would be really appreciated.

Those kind of errors are not that helpful (at least, not to me), since they're just telling you what you already know (it crashed). If you suspect instability I'd try running apps that can test your hardware like memtest (for memory) and something like OCCT for CPU.

It's a common issue, often indicating a problem with the Unity player.dll file. It might help to check the file's integrity first, ensure your GPU drivers are up to date, and then focus on component stability.

He mentioned checking the game first, but I also think running CMD as an admin could help. Just type sfc /scannow and press enter—it should finish quickly. If that doesn’t work, try using DDU to remove your GPU driver and then reinstall it. Also, if you have any kind of OC like XMP, consider turning them off or resetting them back to default settings; sometimes they cause problems. Another idea is to download all Microsoft runtimes—maybe the issue isn’t with them but you could try that anyway. What are your hardware details?

The final option is to reinstall a clean operating system, though it’s wise to back up all your important games and files first. Think of this as your last resort if other methods fail

That's disappointing. I hoped it could be useful. Thanks to both of you. If you receive the notification, I believe it might be a CPU issue—I'll investigate further later. Edit: All three of you, the third reply only showed up after I sent this. I reinstalled Windows and that didn't resolve it, so it seems hardware-related.
