I was browsing YouTube with Windows in blue mode, and the audio behaved oddly. A strange bluescreen appeared with the error code kmode_exception_not_handled. After rebooting, I checked Event Viewer and found an entry labeled "bugcheck" stating the system rebooted due to a bug. The associated bug ID was 0x0000001e, with details pointing to specific memory addresses. A dump was saved at C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP, but it didn’t open because it’s a 2GB file. This happened recently, and my PC also crashed during a game menu last night. I ran the sfc /scannow command, but no corrupt files were detected. My machine runs Windows 10 Pro with a RTX 4090, 32GB SSD, 2x16 DDR5, and 5600MHz clock speed. I haven’t applied any overclocking. Could something be wrong?

No data received. An incident occurred with a crash, and you provided the memory range. Run bluescreenview to identify affected modules.

The driver issue triggered a BSOD, which shouldn't occur. Review the LAN networking drivers on your motherboard manufacturer's site.

The two files at the top are emphasized red; I thought I’d share just in case. I’ve already installed the LAN drivers, but maybe downloading them again could help. Thank you!

These odd modules failing often point to RAM or processor issues.

Agreed, I’d first look for software updates before considering hardware fixes. @Mando772004, I’d also attempt to refresh the TCP/IP stack using these commands in CMD and then restart your system. netsh winsock reset netsh int ip reset ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew ipconfig /flushdns

I don’t have any OC on any of them; I only have XMP and PBO, which might be typical. I ran a memtest86 recently and it completed without issues.
