What do you think of Windows Recall?
It should function similarly to a system restore, but not quite the same.
I’d definitely give it a try. Once I could play the latest titles, many games now demand a minimum version like 10, and some even insist on specific numbers such as 20H2. It looks like no trick exists to fake this requirement or make games think my PC has the right version. For instance, I had to upgrade from 1809 to 20H2 just to get certain outfits in Tekken 8—it was the only feature needing that version. I can roll back if needed (backups exist), but no one has time for that. Still, I might go ahead anyway; I miss the old days and they ran faster than 20H2 in some cases. But a win 7? That’s a different story—what will I do then? Maybe try Need for Speed Carbon? (It’s tempting, honestly.)
