Userbenchmark is viewed as worthless research by several people,
As mentioned earlier, the C drive ought to be on an SSD.

It's ineffective for its main role as a reference point, but it occasionally offers clues about overheating or poor memory setup. It also reliably identifies the system's configuration. Therefore, it isn't completely worthless.
