The processor came out in November 2011, which means it's nearly a decade old. Absolutely outdated.

Sure, I'm ready! What CPU model are you thinking about, and do you have a Skylake socket in mind?

The screens shouldn't impact the CPU directly, only the GPU. It seems you're displaying the game on a single screen, so adding 4K won't create problems. Are you using the processor at its default settings? If you're okay with higher power usage, consider boosting it first. At standard speed it reaches up to 3.8GHz, but these chips can easily hit 4.5Ghz or more. I tested my 4930K on the same platform at 4.7GHz and it performed much better. This might be sufficient to delay needing a new platform upgrade.

Get a fresh socket. Ryzen 5600 and AM4 ideal for a cost-effective setup.

When the GHz appears in Task Manager, it indicates it's a stock model since it lists 3.20GHz. However, Intel.com confirms the I7-3930K is stock at 3.20GHz with a maximum overclock to 3.80GHz.
