Now it's finished—what were your impressions? Did you enjoy the changes Nvidia made? What would you have altered and why? For me, I mostly followed MOD24, and I believe they should have included Linus, Luke, Logan (Teksyndicate), Jason (Jayztwocents), Elric (ToT), etc. as main hosts. Maybe add Boogie occasionally to chat with the mod teams. Giving Linus and Luke a break would be better than those awkward location changes. The MOD24 felt understaffed, but it was still fun and they did a great job! Hope this happens again. What do you think? No worries if I posted it (just checked).
I thought it went well aside from the audio issues. I’m not sure I’d have bothered with Linus and Luke. Oh, by the way, you’re right—I only watched Mod24 and didn’t really care about what else they were doing. I wish I could see the hole section but school stuff took priority.
The audio quality was extremely poor and riddled with issues. It seemed Nvidia couldn't deliver a solid stream despite their pricing strategy. The hardware choices in the mod24 setup didn’t make sense—using 780 tis would have been more practical, especially for waterblocking. Partnering with EK might have helped, but aircooling those 980 units likely damaged the project. The orange motherboard choice definitely raised eyebrows; was it intentional to complicate things?
The Game24 broadcast was quite dull, whereas Mod24 offered more engaging content, though it had its odd moments. Linus became increasingly unusual as fatigue set in, and some teams seemed to lack genuine creativity in their builds.
