Consider the frequency needs of your system. A 3000MHz CAS 16 offers higher bandwidth, while a 3200MHz CAS 18 provides even more speed. Choose based on your workload and performance goals.

It’s a good idea to check the laptop’s online manual first to understand its capabilities. You might also share the precise model name or number.

A reliable method to locate suitable RAM is by visiting Crucial's website: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgra...rus-15-xe4 They suggest DDR4 3200 CL22, which meets JEDEC standards. For many laptops, there’s no way to activate XMP in the BIOS, meaning you can’t take advantage of higher speeds—just purchase faster RAM, but it will operate at standard rates.

If your laptop lacks XMP support, I recommend the Kingston 3200 2Rx8. It's likely the best performance available. This model is the only one they listed with a 1Rx8 option at the time.
