Over the past couple of months, I've been running a Ryzen 5 1600AF with a B450M S2H, boosting it to 4.1GHz. Temperatures have stayed under 65°C and VRM temps below 75°C. I'm considering an upgrade but have two separate budgets for both the motherboard and CPU. I plan to purchase a new CPU once I sell my current ones, using the proceeds for a new motherboard. I need to clarify that I can't raise my CPU budget, as prices are extremely high in Turkey—Ryzen 5 3600 is about 33% more expensive than the i5 10400F, which makes it hard for me to buy the Ryzen 5 3600. I'm interested in playing The Cursed Game of League of Legends and streaming at the same time. Would a 10400F be sufficient for that? Also, in Turkey, the 10400F is roughly equivalent to the Ryzen 3 3100, just a bit more expensive. Thank you all, and sorry for my unclear English—I just woke up and I'm struggling to think clearly.

an rx 580 is another choice because it matches the performance of the 5500xt (choose the more affordable one). if you run into problems with the gpu encoder in obs, you’ll need to use radeon software—it can be tricky to operate but it functions. i don’t know why the encoder sometimes doesn’t work well with obs, but it tends to be game-dependent; some titles run smoothly while others don’t. the r5 3600 is also an alternative, but again, pick what’s cheaper locally.
