For flight sim, I recommend the 5600X because the performance improvements over the 3600 justify the investment. It puts a significant load on the CPU and overall system, so upgrading the processor will make a clear difference. The single-core speed boost of the 5600X is definitely worth it.

5600x might be ideal, but I'm uncertain if the additional 200 dollars is justified. It could be more beneficial to invest that extra amount in a superior GPU.
