My financial plan is ₹1,00,000 (USD $1170.19). Being based in India, I think I require a reliable cooler to handle the temperature.
I’ll be working with my PC for both professional and gaming activities. Mainly, I use After Effects, Photoshop, motion graphics, animation, video editing, and design. I also record and edit gameplay clips. In gaming, I play a variety of modern AAA titles (GOW, MW3, Last of Us, etc.) and competitive games (Siege, Valorant, CS:GO).

Only the GPU is six years old, while all other components are over eight years old.
I have a 60Hz monitor, but I recently upgraded to an Acer Nitro VG271U M3 27 inch IPS WQHD 1440p 180Hz. This means I’m using a dual-monitor configuration. I also have three extra case fans.

I’m looking at AMD Ryzen 5 7600X with Radeon Graphics (basic graphics, will connect to the second monitor if needed). I can use it for output if it encounters GPU problems.

I won’t use the Rx 9060 X because many apps don’t support AMD cards. I’ll keep my old case, and Corsair Carbide spec 04 is a good fit since it supports ATX, iATX, and M.2.
Official specs indicate:
- Maximum CPU cooler height: 150mm
- Radiator size compatibility: 120mm
I need a cooler under 150mm and reasonably priced. If I can’t find a suitable option, I’ll opt for the 7600 which comes with the stock cooler.

I was considering purchasing the Gigabyte P650G - 650 Watt 80+ Gold. What is the minimum wattage PSU you should choose? The RMx lineup looks too costly for my setup.
Noctua keeps a selection of air coolers that fit well with the R5-7600X. The NH-D12L stands out as the most powerful option available, reaching a height of 145mm:

The case specifications seem incorrect. This cooler has an 160mm cooler attached to it.

The corsair specifications for the case are available online. It clearly states that the maximum cooler height is 150mm. Who can you trust?
This could be caused by the window opening as it does. Based on the precise position of the CPU and the design of the CPU cooler, it might or might not align with the window bezel's end.
