Your CPU should handle those older titles at reduced performance. Do you have a separate GPU or are you utilizing the igpu?

I don't really like FPS games, but maybe with the new CPU I could start enjoying them Smile

Eve Online works fine, though running it smoothly on your current hardware might be challenging.

If you're familiar with overclocking, I'd choose the A10-6800K. Otherwise, if you're unsure or don't know why you need it, the A10-6800B would be a good option.

If you're looking for a 7 series FM2+ with better performance, especially from the "K" lineup, I've got some thoughts. I own an A10-7870K in a Crossblade Ranger that performed adequately back then. I'm not sure what hardware you have, but make sure it can handle whatever you intend to install. For today's games, that chip falls short compared to the latest generation and may cause issues occasionally. With the FM2/FM2+ CPU series, the graphics card is built-in, though you can opt for an external GPU if preferred.
