I don't remember the revision immediately, but I'll look into it later. Currently, I'm using 2 m.2 drives and all four SATA ports without issues, though I've noticed my wireless network is no longer accessible. If I had caught it sooner, I would have mentioned it in my first post, but I only use wired connections. It wasn't on my mind until recently. Now, when I wake up my PC from sleep on Windows 11, the mouse stutters every few seconds and the audio also stutters at the same time, which gets resolved after a reboot. This hasn't happened before either.

It seems you should verify that your mouse and keyboard are connected via USB ports not directly linked to the CPU. There are four USB2.0 ports (through an internal hub), two type-A and two type-C. If you're using ports on the downstream chipset, consider transferring the devices to the upstream chipset ports to identify the issue, and only move them to CPU ports if necessary.

There are no issues with the USB ports when connected. I plan to keep using this board until I decide to swap it out. I'm curious about whether the x870 motherboard includes such a program.

I keep a PCIe x1 ethernet adapter on hand for these kinds of problems. Turn off the built-in network adapter in the BIOS, put the PCIe x1 adapter into any free PCIe slot (bigger slots work with older versions), and test to pinpoint the issue. It's okay to leave it in if needed.
